Sheena Wilson, MSc OT

Chief Executive Officer

Sheena Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Wilson Centre.

She is an Occupational Therapist specialised in Sensory Integration Theory and Therapy with 28 years of professional experience.

She graduated from Glasgow in 1987 and completed her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 1999, from the University of Exeter, Devon, UK. In the 28 years, she has worked in the UK, South East Asia and the Middle East. Sheena was introduced to Sensory Integration whilst working in South East Asia.

For the last 15 years Sensory Integration has been the basis of her work and programmes that she has developed for children with learning difficulties, special educational needs and children on the Autism Spectrum.
In 2001 she studied Sensory Integration in the UK and is a member of Sensory Integration UK and Ireland.

In 2007 Sheena received Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) certification from Sensory Integration International, USA. She completed a course of study in 1993 of Neuroscience as a foundation of Human Performance from the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Huda Ramadan, BA Psy

Director : Client Services

Huda Ramadan is the Director of Client Services and the Centre Manager (Sharjah) at the Wilson Centre.

She is a graduate of Psychology (Bachelor) from Canada’s York University.  With over 15 years of experience in Customer Relations and Business Management, Huda’s career started with the Management of a private surgical practice in Toronto, Canada.

Working directly with the Doctor, Director and Patients, Huda gained experience in the fields of marketing, business management, as well as client relations.

Nevertheless, her passion for Students with Learning Difficulties lead her to join a Centre in Dubai in 2003-2011, where she worked directly with students with learning difficulties in the classroom, providing support for the teachers, and eventually the parents and the Management.

In the role of Director of Client Services, Huda has helped the Centre grow, continuously providing parents and the Management with the required support. Her dedication and strong interpersonal skills help support clients from initial contact to following through their individualised programmes.

Anita Archer, M.A. BCBA

Clinical Director : ABA Therapy

Anita Archer is the Clinical Director of our ABA Therapy Department.

She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences, and a major in Human Development and Family Studies- Child Life Therapy from the University of Missouri, Columbia USA. Anita recently completed her Masters of Arts in Applied Behaviour Analysis with an emphasis in Special Education and Autism

She has worked in the field of behaviour analysis for the past 12 years in the USA and UAE. Anita has experience aiding, designing and implementing intensive early behavioural interventions for individuals across the spectrum of ages one to young adults in classrooms, home based settings, community outings and vocational settings.

She has gained extensive training and experience in applied behaviour analysis, developmental assessment and leadership as well as parent and staff training, grant writing for a newly developing teen and an adult program for life and vocational skills.

Nalini Maistry BOccThpy (Hons)

Clinical Director of Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy

Nalini Maistry is the Clinical Director of Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. Originally from South Africa, Nalini came to work in the UAE in 2018.

She graduated with an Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2001, at the University of Durban Westville, South Africa .
Nalini has been working with children of all ages and across all disabilities for the past 17 years. During this time, she received training in sensory integration from the South African Institute for Sensory Integration.

She has extensive paediatric experience and is fluent in all standardised occupational therapy assessments. Nalini is experienced in assessing, developing individual treatment programme and the implementation and monitoring of these programmes. She is passionate about working with children and families and empowering them with skills to facilitate the development of their child.

Ann Santos


Ann Santos, is a graduate of BSC major in Entrepreneurial and Financial Management from St. Scholastica’s College in Manila, Philippines.

As a skilled Administration Professional, she has demonstrated progressive years of quantifiable experiences within diversified industries, but also in a number of other positions. She has built a career in administrative office support, supporting senior managers and consistently delivering results on the basis of her expertise that has enabled her to handle important responsibilities in a self-reliant and diligent manner.

During her previous employments, she developed comprehensive skills and the ability to organise assigned tasks. It has always been very important for her to value core disciplines and beliefs in a positive and reliable work ethic. She also esteems the significance of being open-minded and conversant in shaping challenges into concrete achievements. Being flexible and a fast learner makes her confident and adaptable to new challenges.
